Real training. Real support.

Work toward lower body fat while maintaining or improving strength. Start at your level, train consistently, get weekly coach support and notice what changes—without an attendance contest or promised result.

Choose how many suitable classes you want to attend from FITRME's 43 weekly options. There is no compulsory weekly count. Suitability, booking rules and capacity apply. Explore the live FITRME timetable.

One goal. Five clear steps.

  1. SET YOUR GOAL: Discuss your personal body-fat and strength priorities with a FITRME coach; no particular result is promised.
  2. STARTING CHECKS: Plan an InBody 380 starting scan and selected FITRME VALD strength checks after both setups and the actual test battery are confirmed.
  3. CHOOSE CLASSES: Choose suitable FITRME classes from 43 weekly options at your pace; no compulsory weekly attendance count.
  4. WEEKLY SUPPORT: Get weekly coach check-ins and practical macro guidance as your routine develops.
  5. FINAL REVIEW: Plan to repeat InBody and confirmed VALD checks at the end, then review progress privately with your coach.

Two clear ways to track your progress

The aim: reduce body fat while maintaining or improving strength. Individual results vary and a coach discusses them privately; no outcome is guaranteed.

01 / Body composition — InBody 380

Planned start and finish scans estimate body-fat mass (kg), body-fat percentage (%) and skeletal muscle mass (kg), explained privately by a coach. FITRME scans are pending machine delivery, setup and test scans.

Example report pending approval

FITRME will show a permission-cleared, anonymised InBody 380 example after its reuse rights are confirmed. Your results stay private.

02 / Strength — selected FITRME VALD equipment

Planned start and finish strength checks, conditional on selected equipment and the actual test battery being ready. Review the measures privately with a coach.

Selected FITRME VALD equipment: actual test names, measured outputs and equipment readiness are still to be confirmed. No strength results are invented.

Strength is not the January prize-ranking measure. A scan or strength check is not a medical diagnosis; see preparation and repeat-test limitations in the FAQ.

Strength-test imagery will be added after FITRME confirms its VALD equipment and approves a suitable image.

Practical habit guidance

Weekly check-ins include general education about protein, carbohydrate and fat—not a personalised meal plan, prescribed macro targets or a dietitian consultation. Further reading: Better Health Channel and Australian Government healthy eating guidance.

Your progress could earn you a place in January.

January eight-week challenge discounts: first place 100% off, second place 75% off, third place 50% off. Not cash or an unrelated membership discount.

  • 1st place: 100% off the January eight-week challenge price. At the current structure only, new-client $400 → $0 and existing-member $200 → $0; January pricing must be confirmed.
  • 2nd place: 75% off the January eight-week challenge price. At the current structure only, new-client $400 → $100 and existing-member $200 → $50; January pricing must be confirmed.
  • 3rd place: 50% off the January eight-week challenge price. At the current structure only, new-client $400 → $200 and existing-member $200 → $100; January pricing must be confirmed.

Winner method: (starting estimated InBody fat mass − final estimated fat mass) ÷ starting fat mass × 100; the largest percentage reduction wins. Use the same InBody machine and similar testing conditions at both scans. Waist-measurement reduction breaks ties. Individual results stay private. January dates: to be confirmed; prize expiry and other conditions: to be confirmed.

Questions? Fair enough.

Can beginners join?
Yes. FITRME welcomes different starting levels. We discuss suitable classes and adapt exercises during onboarding; confirm any specific needs with a coach.
Do I have to attend 43 classes every week?
No. FITRME's timetable offers 43 weekly class choices, not a required attendance count. Choose how many suitable classes work for you; booking rules and capacity apply.
How do I book a class?
Challenge class booking rules need FITRME confirmation. Availability is subject to class capacity and suitability.
What does the $400 new-client package cover?
$200 covers eight weeks of membership access to book suitable classes, plus $200 for the challenge add-on. The add-on plans InBody and selected FITRME VALD start/finish progress checks, weekly coaching and general macro guidance; both equipment and the actual test battery, along with class booking rules, must be confirmed first.
What if I already belong to FITRME?
The challenge add-on is $200 for existing FITRME members. Your current membership continues under its own terms; the add-on does not charge you again for class access. Confirm your existing class entitlements with FITRME.
What do the progress checks and macro guidance include?
Planned start and finish InBody 380 body-composition and selected FITRME VALD strength checks, with results explained privately by a coach after equipment and the actual test battery are ready. InBody composition is estimated and personal outcomes vary. General macro guidance is not a personalised meal plan. Machine delivery, setup and test scans have not yet been confirmed.
How is the challenge winner decided?
The highest percentage reduction in InBody estimated fat mass (kg) from each participant's own starting result wins: (start − finish) ÷ start × 100. Scans should use the same InBody machine and similar conditions; a tie is broken by waist-measurement reduction. VALD strength scores and class attendance are not the ranking measure.
What are the January prizes?
First gets 100% off, second 75% off and third 50% off their January eight-week challenge price only. At the current price structure, that is $0/$100/$200 for a new-client $400 package and $0/$50/$100 for an existing-member $200 add-on. January dates, any expiry and additional prize conditions are not yet confirmed.
Is the separate adult membership included in the challenge?
No. The October adult membership promotion is separate: working terms are $24 per week for 12 weeks, then $47 per week, through 31 October 2026, subject to its own full terms and Mindbody checkout.
What if I miss a class?
Missed-session rules need FITRME approval.
Will I get a meal plan or guaranteed body-fat result?
No. The challenge includes practical training and general macro guidance, not a personalised meal plan, medical diagnosis or promised weight/body-fat result.
Does the challenge renew into a paid membership?
No automatic continuation into a paid membership is part of the challenge. The separate October membership offer has its own terms and checkout.
What are the cancellation and refund terms?
Challenge cancellation terms need FITRME approval. Refund terms need FITRME approval.
Which VALD strength checks will FITRME use?
FITRME has not yet confirmed the selected VALD test names, measured outputs and equipment readiness. Nothing is booked or promised yet.
How should I prepare for the start and finish checks?
FITRME will provide preparation instructions after InBody delivery, setup and test scans. FITRME will confirm the VALD test instructions when the selected battery is approved. InBody estimates can vary with hydration, meals and recent exercise; use the same machine and similar conditions for comparisons. A scan is not a medical diagnosis.
